According to legend, the Golden Ram was sent by the deity Hermes to rescue the children of King Athamas, Phrixus and Helle, from being sacrificed. As they flew away, Helle tragically fell into the sea, which is now known as the Hellespont. The ram carried Phrixus safely to Colchis, where he sacrificed the ram to Zeus and presented its magnificent fleece to King Aeetes. This Golden Fleece later became the central objective for Jason and the Argonauts in their renowned quest, symbolising authority and kingship.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20):

• Constellation: The Gemini constellation portrays ****two stick figures side by side, symbolising the legendary twins, Castor and Pollux. The two brightest stars in the constellation represent their heads, with Pollux being slightly brighter than Castor.

• Key Traits: Adaptable, curious, and communicative. Geminis have an innate duality, able to see various sides of a situation and often possessing a versatile range of interests and talents.

• Strengths and Weaknesses: Gemini's quick wit and sharp intellect are among their most commendable strengths. Their ability to communicate and adapt makes them excellent problem-solvers. However, their changeable nature can also make them indecisive and, at times, superficial in their pursuits.

• Mythology: In Greek mythology, Castor and Pollux were twin brothers with a shared bond like no other. Despite one being mortal (Castor) and the other immortal (Pollux), when Castor was slain in battle, Pollux was inconsolable. He begged Zeus to grant him mortality so he could join his brother in death. Moved by his plea, Zeus placed them both in the skies as the Gemini constellation, ensuring their bond would last for eternity.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22):

After realising that his weapons were ineffective against the lion, Hercules strangled it with his bare hands. In honour of their battle, the lion was commemorated in the stars as the Leo constellation by Zeus.
