My question is: What can you include in a project completion ritual?

Let’s put this into context.

This question came about during a live chat with the members of my Moon Portal membership club. We were talking about the energy of the Sagittarius full Moon. Full Moons are very much about celebrating success and acknowledging how far you have come. With the energy of Sagittarius, we are looking at adventure, excitement and expansion.

I mentioned how I don’t really notice when I’ve completed something as I quite often just move onto the next thing. This is definitely the case when it comes to the work in my business. There is no acknowledgement, no celebration, no pat on the back. It’s quite deflating if I’m honest, and I didn’t even realise I was doing this to myself on a regular basis.

One of my members mentioned how she was listening to something this week about the importance of having a ritual around things ending, because we quickly move onto the next and not allow the full integration of what we have experienced.

Boom!

This resonated with me so much.

Creating a project completion ritual

So, how can we create a ritual to celebrate when we get to the end of a project, experience success, or finish what we started?

Let me use the example of a current project of mine.

I’ve spent 3 weeks hyper focused on the launch of my Tarot Spreads Shop. I’ve lived it, breathed it, dreamt about it and stressed about it.

When I get to the end of this project, I don’t want to ‘just move onto the next thing’ instead I want to acknowledge that I’ve done a lot of work, had great results and created something I’m super proud of.

But how?

How can I create a ritual that fits into everyday life that can help me feel valued and praised for all my hard work?
